Marlene
Reese was elected to the PFB Board in 2000 representing Centre,
Clinton and Lycoming Counties. She serves as Chairperson of the FARMER Committee.
Prior to being elected to the PFB Board, she served on the PFB
Women’s Committee for eight years. She served in Centre County as a secretary, member relations
chairperson, membership chair, information director and newsletter
editor.
Marlene and Rodney operate Reese’s Dairyhill Farm in Port Matilda
with their son Ron. They
are the parents of two sons, Ron and Ed, a daughter Wanda Guenot and
have six grandchildren.
She is a member of Half Moon Grange #290. Serves as treasurer of the Centre County Cooperative
Extension Association, a member of University Baptist and Brethren
Church where she has served on various boards. Also assists with the Ag in the Classroom workshop for
teachers.
She worked for Farm Service Agency for 19 years. |
