In order for the secure payment part of the applications to perform properly, you will need Internet Explorer Version 7 or higher.
If using Firefox, you will need version 3.6.11 or higher.
MAC users:
This form is compatible with MACs utilizing Firefox. Safari may present browser issues with the secure payment part of the process.
