Fresh from the Farm are recipes appearing in Pennsyvlania Farm Bureau's publication, Keystone Country.

Produced bi-monthly, recipes reflect seasonal products available from the bounty of the farm, combine with the culinary flair of two accredited chefs.

Recipes are developed by chefs and students at the Lebanon County Career and Technology Center using Pennsylvania products.

Chefs Brian D. Peffley CEPC, CCE, AAC and Robert Corle Jr. CEC, CCE supervise students in the areas of pastry and culinary arts and a student-run restaurant — the Hilltop Café.
