Young Farmers & Ranchers

 Leadership
The Young Farmers & Ranchers Committee (YF&R) helps young farmers and ranchers improve their leadership and communication skills. It also gives them the chance to meet others of their age group with similar interests and concerns. It provides them with the opportunity to become active members of the organization. It urges them to use their strengths and talents to become future leaders of Farm Bureau.
