Labor
poster links and information
If your farm enterprise hires outside labor, you may be required to have
federal and state required labor law posters on your employee bulletin
board. If you do not have the proper posters you or your business may
be open to big fines. The links below allow you to print any labor poster
that may be required in your business.
All required posters are to be placed in a conspicuous place, where employees
can readily see them. Most employers make these postings where employees
congregate (at a time clock, break room, or place where employees gather
to start / end their workday). Posters must be easily accessible to all
employees.
Please read the printing instructions with all posters. Some posters
are to be printed in specific sizes and have specific type sizes. Posters
with special requirements have instructions included in the link. Therefore
please follow all instructions before printing and posting from these
sites.
If accessing the direct link to the poster, instructions for printing
will not appear. Remember you must use the print icon on the Adobe Reader
where that is used to view the poster. If you use your browser print
icon you will not get the same result, and may not have a proper type
or poster size.
Notations accompany each link to help you as you use this for the first
time. You will find additional links in the Labor and Industry, US Department
of Labor, and OSHA sites that may also be helpful and informative.
