Following Up on Ag Literacy 2018 ...

Our Volunteer Readers
Farmers, government officials, FFA members, 4H chapters, dairy royalty and ag commodity groups all with varying connections to agriculture came forward to serve as Volunteer Readers in 55 counties across the state.  Thank you for donating not only the book to the classroom, but for generously giving of your time to share agriculture’s importance with the students you visited and for putting a face to agriculture for them.

Our Classroom Teachers
Over 1200 preK-3rd grade teachers opened their doors to invite our readers into their classrooms.  Thank you for seeing the necessity of connecting your students to agriculture and the source of their food.

Our Sponsors
Through generous donations to assist with the cost of the activity materials, as well as books for readers to take into classrooms, nearly 30,000 students were able to learn more about agriculture.
Thank you…
