County Information Program
The Government Affairs & Communications Division oversees county information programs which include county newsletters and county public relations. It encourages meetings between county Farm Bureau leaders and members of the media, provides assistance in producing county newsletters and trains county newsletter editors and information directors how to have effective ongoing communications with their members and the general public.
Public Relations is an important function of the county Farm Bureau. Contact with the media, both print and electronic, keeping members informed, and promoting the county Farm Bureau and its services, are all part of this program. Training programs and updates are provided.
