We will again be collecting items for the Ronald McDonald House. The house is in need of cleaning and paper products; toiletries. They also can use cereal.

Also, Mercer 4th grade teacher Emilie Humes attended the Ag Institute in 2017. She likes to incorporate what she learned at the institute across the curriculum. Here is her invitation to our members.

The Fourth Grade students are teaming up with Mrs. Beth Weller, the elementary music teacher, to celebrate Music in Our Schools Month. Over the past several weeks in music class, the students have been learning a variety of dances.

On Friday, March 22 at 8:30 a.m., the students will share their dances with their family and the Mercer community. We value the community partnership that we have created with Rotary and Farm Bureau and would be happy to have you and your members attend this celebration.

The event will be held in the elementary gymnasium. When you arrive, students will showcase a couple of songs and then you are welcome to join in on the dancing festivities. We hope to see you Friday, March 22 at 8:30 a.m. in the Mercer Elementary gymnasium to celebrate Music in Our Schools Month.
